On Wednesday, NASK released a report indicating that over 65,000 disinformation posts were reported to social media platforms in the first half of 2026, with only 6.7% removed. Vice Prime Minister Krzysztof Gawkowski criticized the platforms for their inadequate responses and called for Polish-speaking moderation teams. The report highlighted that Discord did not remove any reported content, while Bluesky had the highest removal rate at 98.6%. The report also identified various disinformation narratives and monetization schemes. Additionally, the newly established Center for Combating Disinformation will begin its work, aiming to address Russian propaganda and collaborate with media and business representatives.
