"The M2oney Maker - The Counterfeiter", the film about the most famous counterfeiter in France

The film "The Money Maker - The Counterfeiter" tells the true story of Jan Bojarski, a Polish engineer in France during World War II who became a skilled counterfeiter. Directed by Jean-Paul Salomé, the movie depicts the cat-and-mouse game between Bojarski and the police officer pursuing him for years. Salomé drew inspiration from classic French crime films. Before its premiere in France, he screened the film for Anne Bojarski, the counterfeiter's daughter. The film is featured prominently in the 27th edition of the French Cinema Festival.
