According to Tiborcz, the NAV is mistaken: István Tiborcz is still a private equity fund owner

BDPST Group responded to reports that István Tiborcz is no longer listed as a beneficial owner of private equity funds in NAV's records. The group emphasized that there have been no changes in the investor circle of the Gordiusz Private Equity Fund, which remains under BDPST's interests. Gránit Asset Management confirmed compliance with data reporting obligations and plans to clarify discrepancies with NAV. BDPST rejected claims of intentional removal of Tiborcz's name from ownership records. Notably, a Transparency International request indicated Tiborcz held a 99% stake in the Gordiusz Fund, while the latest records show only Mikesy Álmos listed with zero percent ownership. BDPST stressed that connections to a private equity fund do not imply personal ownership of the fund's assets.
