Tipgeld Bolle Jos increased to a record amount of 2 million euros

The Dutch Public Prosecution Service has increased the reward for information leading to the arrest of Jos L., known as Bolle Jos, to 2 million euros, the highest ever in the Netherlands. He is believed to be in Sierra Leone, where he has connections with high-ranking officials, including the president. The authorities aim to encourage citizens in Sierra Leone and West Africa to provide information about his whereabouts. Previously, the reward was set at 200,000 euros. Justice Minister Van Weel emphasized the need for a credible tip that would lead to L.'s arrest, as he is considered the most wanted criminal in the Low Countries, facing significant prison sentences for drug trafficking and attempted murder.
