Melting imports of risky cars

In September, the Polish used car market saw stable sales with Opel Astra, Volkswagen Golf, and BMW 3 leading in popularity. A total of 245,500 vehicles were sold, with an average price of 51,100 PLN. The market is increasingly professionalized, with more corporate sellers and a focus on imported vehicles. Professional dealers reduce transaction risks by verifying vehicle histories through reliable sources. Leasing cars are becoming popular, offering warranties and thorough inspections. However, the market faces challenges with transparency, as many imported cars have recorded damages. Poland ranks 16th in the Transparency Index, with a high percentage of imported vehicles showing issues.
