Toroczkai summons General Szilvia Tomin to the investigative committee to find out who spoke to him "from above"

László Toroczkai has summoned Tomin Szilvia, head of the National Defense Service, to testify before a parliamentary investigative committee. This follows claims by former prosecutor Pál Fürcht that Tomin received instructions from higher authorities to halt the investigation into the Schadl-Völner case. Toroczkai emphasized the need to identify who issued these orders. During the committee meeting, Fürcht recounted a private conversation with Tomin, where she indicated that she was directed to close the preliminary proceedings related to Völner. Toroczkai is also seeking to hold a closed session to discuss classified information, pending approval from the relevant authorities.
