An Arizona man opened fire on his neighbors because they did not want to consume cocaine with him, thus "offending his culture".

Samuel Sedgwick was arrested in Scottsdale, Arizona, after firing shots at his neighbors' apartments. The incident began when he offered cocaine to them, which they declined, leading to a violent confrontation. Sedgwick, under the influence, attacked one neighbor and was subsequently struck with a hammer. After realizing he had lost teeth, he returned and shot at the apartment ten times. Fortunately, no one was injured. Police apprehended him shortly after, discovering he had a prior criminal record and no permit for his firearm. He remains in custody pending a preliminary hearing unless he posts a $100,000 bail.
