Two twenty-somethings suspected of assaulting and humiliating man (61) with disabilities
A man was assaulted in Amsterdam after being misled through a dating app. Two suspects, aged 21 and 23, have been arrested, and a third suspect from Haarlem is linked to a similar crime. The assault was recorded and shared on Snapchat, and the victim was hospitalized for several days. The victim's nephew believes the attack was motivated by homophobia. The police noted that incidents stemming from dating app meetings are not uncommon, often leading to theft or sexual violence, and encourage victims to report such crimes.
