The Social Insurance Fund (FUS) financial plan for 2027 anticipates revenues of 539 billion PLN and expenses of 537.2 billion PLN. Contributions to social insurance will remain the primary revenue source, projected at 428.8 billion PLN, an increase from 2026. Pension and disability payments are set at 471.3 billion PLN, accounting for nearly 88% of total costs, with an average pension expected to rise to approximately 4530 PLN. The plan includes 50.5 billion PLN for other benefits, primarily sickness allowances, and 6.7 billion PLN for the operation of ZUS. The financial outlook for FUS remains stable, with contributions covering about 80% of expenses, supported by state budget subsidies to ensure timely benefit payments.
