Uccide la fidanzata vicino a Varese e si costituisce in Abruzzo

Marco Panichi, a 53-year-old man from Civitella Roveto, has been arrested for allegedly stabbing his 36-year-old girlfriend in Vergiate. After the crime, he traveled to Avezzano and turned himself in to the carabinieri. Reports indicate that he confessed to the murder to prosecutor Maurizio Maria Cerrato. The victim, who was of foreign origin, suffered multiple stab wounds. Panichi is currently in custody as investigations continue to clarify the circumstances surrounding the incident.
