'Uccise il cugino per l'eredità', bomba alla crema l'arma del delitto
A 76-year-old man has been placed under house arrest for allegedly murdering his disabled cousin over inheritance. He reportedly gave the 74-year-old cousin, whom he was the legal guardian of, cream-filled pastries despite knowing he could only consume liquid foods due to severe dysphagia. The cousin died from asphyxiation on June 27 in a residential care facility. The arrest was carried out following a request from the Prosecutor's Office and was authorized by the investigating judge.
