On October 31, police in Milicz, Poland, stopped two teenagers riding an electric scooter against traffic. The 16-year-old male driver attempted to flee but was apprehended after losing control. Both teens were found to be intoxicated, with the driver having over 0.5 promille and the passenger nearly 0.7 promille of alcohol in their systems. Their parents were called to the scene, and the court will decide on the minors' future.
