Police in Wrocław attempted to stop a man driving a Mazda without a seatbelt, but he fled and crashed into an embankment. The 33-year-old driver, who was under a three-year driving ban, tested positive for amphetamines and methamphetamines. He was arrested and fined 100 PLN, accumulating five penalty points. He faces up to five years in prison for evading police, violating his driving ban, and driving under the influence of drugs.
