Ukraine attacks one of the largest Russian refineries and a missile factory

Ukraine has successfully attacked a major Russian oil refinery and a missile production facility, according to President Volodymyr Zelensky. The attacks targeted Lukoil's refinery in Kstovo and the Kamensky factory in Rostov, which produces solid propellant for missiles. The Ukrainian military used drones and cruise missiles for the strikes. Russia has also resumed attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure. A ceasefire in Oleshky, allowing humanitarian aid distribution, is set to end soon, with plans for future humanitarian missions between Russia and Ukraine.
