Ukraine: Zelensky accuses Russia of destroying peace prospects after attack with 29 dead

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned Russia for undermining peace efforts after an attack killed at least 29 during humanitarian aid distribution. Attacks continued across Ukraine, including on a hospital in Kherson. U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff announced upcoming negotiations between Russia and Ukraine in Abu Dhabi, focusing on post-war security and humanitarian efforts. Zelensky described the attacks as a clear indication of Russia's refusal to pursue de-escalation or justice. Meanwhile, a multinational military exercise involving 2,800 troops from ten countries is set to take place in Poland. Russia reported neutralizing 493 Ukrainian drones during the night.
