Are we watching the same movie? The meeting of blue-collar and white-collar cultures in organizational reality

As an organizational developer, I often observe that blue-collar and white-collar workers experience the same phenomena from vastly different perspectives. This divergence can be so pronounced that I question whether we are discussing the same organization. The story involves blue-collar workers, their supervisors, and the higher management. In interviews conducted within the same factory, contrasting statements emerge, such as trust in leadership versus a belief that leadership is unhelpful. This raises the question of how the same situation can be perceived so differently. One perspective sees a happy ending, while another views a continuous drama. Where does the truth lie, if it exists at all?
