Waberer's International Nyrt. announces its rebranding to W Solum Holding Nyrt. following shareholder approval, aiming to better reflect its expanded business portfolio. The name change is motivated by the need to encompass not only logistics and transportation but also insurance and real estate development, which have become significant parts of the company. The new name, 'Solum', derived from Latin meaning 'foundation', symbolizes the stable base for future growth across various business sectors. Tiborcz István holds approximately 55% ownership in the company through various interests.
