Stole over a kilometer of cables

Police in Grójec are investigating a cable theft case that led them to a recycling point where they recovered 219 wire segments. A 37-year-old man from Pniewy was arrested at his home the same day. Investigators believe he stole approximately 1060 meters of cable, causing damages estimated at 40,700 PLN. He faces charges of theft, which could result in a prison sentence of three months to five years. The investigation is ongoing.
