Ukraine wants talks with Russia and the USA before these countries meet with China
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized the need for trilateral negotiations involving Ukraine, the U.S., and Russia to occur before a potential meeting of leaders from the U.S., China, and Russia. He expressed concerns about a possible division of influence reminiscent of the Yalta Conference. Zelensky noted that the U.S. is currently providing significantly fewer Patriot missiles than Ukraine requires, attributing this to the conflict in the Middle East. He mentioned ongoing discussions about territorial compromises and highlighted Ukraine's success in intercepting a high percentage of Russian drones. Additionally, he is working on humanitarian aid access for occupied areas, stressing the importance of U.S. involvement.
