Ukraine still has a problem with Starlink. Network speed remains limited

Ukrainian Defense Forces report that satellite link restrictions remain in place, with ongoing monitoring of Starlink and Starshield systems. Despite some instances of connectivity at higher speeds, no confirmation of lifted restrictions has been provided. Independent advisor Serhij Beskrestnow emphasized that sporadic functionality does not indicate a full restoration of service, attributing it to SpaceX algorithms or specific usage conditions.
