Ukrainians hit an important refinery for the Russians
A fire broke out at the Slavneft-YANOS oil refinery in Russia, injuring two workers. Video evidence shows at least five significant fires occurred. This facility, one of the largest in Russia, processes around 15 million tons of oil annually and is owned by Slavneft, controlled by Rosneft and Gazprom. The incident marks the second attack on the refinery this autumn. Meanwhile, the Russian defense ministry reported the destruction of 856 drones over its territory, with many reportedly targeting Moscow. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky indicated that Ukraine could halt attacks on Russian refineries if provided with Patriot missile systems from the U.S.
