Ukraine and Russia each exchange 270 prisoners of war

Ukraine and Russia conducted a prisoner swap, with Ukraine receiving 261 military personnel and nine civilians. This exchange is part of an ongoing process that began in August. President Zelenskyy highlighted that many of the released individuals were defenders from various regions, including Mariupol, and some had been wrongfully convicted in Russia. Notably, five individuals thought to be deceased due to a previous attack were also among those returned.
