Ukrainian forces reportedly strike Moscow Oblast weapons plant

Ukrainian forces targeted a weapons facility in Serpukhov, Moscow Oblast, on October 22, using drones and missiles. The site, known as the 75th Arsenal, produces arms for the Russian military and has faced sanctions from Ukraine, the U.S., and the EU. Moscow's Mayor reported that 630 drones were launched towards the region, with many intercepted. Two injuries were reported in Voronovskoye due to the attack. Earlier, Ukrainian drones also hit Lipetsk, causing multiple explosions and damage to a residential building.
