Ukrainian was to act on behalf of Russia. There is a move from the prosecutor's office

Artem S. was arrested in Warsaw under a European Arrest Warrant issued by Romanian authorities. He is currently in custody, with a hearing scheduled for Monday regarding his extradition and the extension of his detention. The 25-year-old refused to consent to expedited extradition to Romania, opting for standard proceedings. He is suspected of being part of a group responsible for arson at a facility linked to Romania's state arms company, Romarm, in Brașov. The incident occurred in mid-September, involving a fire that damaged a large warehouse. Reports indicate that Artem's role included reconnaissance and financing the operation, which also involved two Belarusians arrested in Germany. Romanian authorities believe the group may have planned further attacks on military training centers and arms manufacturers, allegedly under Russian direction.
