The 52-year-old had been hiding in Germany for seven years and returned to Poland to visit family and his mother's grave. He had changed his appearance and worked on a farm to evade capture. He was wanted for nine months of imprisonment for failing to pay child support and was apprehended by the police. He is now in prison serving his sentence.
