A Moroccan who swam in declares to the judge of the National Court that he saw a Moroccan informant "in the territory of Ceuta"

One of the Moroccan migrants who swam to Ceuta testified that he saw a Moroccan informant in Ceuta. He described the informant, known as mkadam, as a local official responsible for reporting irregularities. During the migration wave, mkadams were brought to the border to identify those crossing. The migrants recognized Moroccan police and security officials in images shown to them. Another witness, a former Moroccan gendarme, confirmed seeing a local representative of the interior ministry at the border, stating that mkadams operate under his orders.
