The Kaposvár District Prosecutor's Office has charged two nursery workers with endangering a minor due to their abusive behavior towards a 3-year-old boy. The workers verbally insulted the child and physically restrained him, including taping his mouth shut during an incident. Although the child did not sustain injuries, their actions severely violated their professional duties, jeopardizing the child's emotional and physical development. Following the incident, both workers were immediately dismissed from their positions. The prosecution has requested a suspended prison sentence and a ban on them working with minors in the future.
