Anti-Alcohol Law 2.0 - what will be included in the new project? RMF FM findings
This week, the Senate will discuss an anti-alcohol law recently passed by the Sejm. The law includes a nationwide night prohibition from 10 PM to 6 AM, with exceptions for dining establishments. It allows municipalities to impose restrictions on alcohol sales during specific hours and bans advertising of alcoholic beverages, with penalties for violations. The health committee plans to propose amendments to the law, including a ban on small alcohol containers and regulations for alcohol sales at gas stations. The final shape of the amendments will depend on the president's approval of the current law.
