A woman in Most returned a lost handbag containing 100,000 crowns to the police, who reunited it with its owner. The owner had reported the loss simultaneously. The police praised the finder for her honesty and she received a reward. A similar incident occurred in Plzeň, where a garbage collector found a bag with personal documents and 20,000 euros, which belonged to a deceased man. The police returned the money to the man's daughters, who had accidentally discarded it during a move.
