Charges have been filed against an ICE agent who chased a fleeing Mexican worker with a pickup truck and then intentionally hit him.
In Texas, an ICE agent has been charged after hitting a Mexican construction worker. The incident occurred on October 10, when Miguel Parra Hernandez, who is in the United States illegally, was heading to work. ICE agents attempted to stop him, but Parra Hernandez and his passenger fled. The agent, Mario Alberto Morales, pursued them and then struck Parra Hernandez from behind, causing serious injuries. The crime was captured by security cameras at a nearby shopping center. District Attorney Sean Teare emphasized that there is clear evidence in the case, which is considered rare.
