Charges have been filed against the ICE agent who ran over a Mexican worker in Houston

An ICE agent has been charged with aggravated assault after allegedly intentionally hitting a Mexican worker with his car in Houston. Mario Alberto Morales is accused of striking 48-year-old Miguel Parra Hernandez, who was fleeing at the time. The incident occurred on October 10, and Hernandez was later detained with a broken leg. The Mexican government announced legal actions in July due to several fatalities involving its citizens linked to ICE agents' actions.
