Many sites back online after PHP issue, but number of important ones still not
The RIVM website and several local safety sites remain offline due to vulnerabilities in PHP, affecting many Dutch and foreign government sites. The National Cyber Security Centre reported no active exploitation of these vulnerabilities as of Wednesday evening, although online traffic has increased as users search for potential weaknesses.
