The end of Brockhampton on Bartók Street, Óbuda's Odd Future, and the Wu-Tang Clan in the Castle District

The Wavy hip-hop collective is ending its band activities but will continue as a label and creative community. Members are focusing on solo projects and collaborations under Wavy Records. They plan a final concert in December and have postponed their fourth album indefinitely. Wavy, which started in 2022, gained recognition in the Hungarian hip-hop scene, particularly through members like Co Lee. The collective filled a niche similar to Odd Future in Eastern Europe, but maintaining such a group is challenging in Hungary.
