A section of Üllői Road was closed and evacuated due to a World War bomb.

A construction site in Budapest's XVIII district has uncovered a World War II explosive device, prompting evacuations and road closures starting October 25 at 8:30 AM. The Budapest Police have listed specific buildings and streets affected, including several on Szent Lőrinc promenade and Üllői road. The closures are expected to last until 2 PM, impacting both pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Residents will be accommodated at the Rózsa Cultural House during this time. Public transport services, including tram line 50 and several bus routes, will also be suspended in the area.
