Viminale, 1,339 identified and 71 reported for roadblocks

The Ministry of the Interior has launched a comprehensive action to identify individuals illegally blocking roads, particularly in Campania. So far, 1,339 individuals have been identified, with 71 reported and 242 sanctioned administratively. Additionally, the Ministry has arranged for the escort of numerous transport vehicles, including 500 in Campania, to ensure the smooth operation of loading and unloading activities. In the evening, Minister Piantedosi held a meeting with prefects and police chiefs from the affected provinces to address potential criminal infiltrations.
