He stated that an investigation into the bailiff system revealed national security risks, yet no new system was implemented despite receiving 3 billion HUF for it. György Balla from Fidesz suggested that Kiss, who faces disciplinary action and whose office is being liquidated, might be a disgruntled individual, implying that his statements could be categorized as fantasy or science fiction.
