Acquittal in case of deadly explosion in apartment building Schammenkamp Rotterdam

The suspect in the deadly explosion at Schammenkamp in Rotterdam has been acquitted by the court. Jalal O., aged 37, was accused of causing the explosion in a garage that resulted in three fatalities in January 2024 and left others severely injured. The court found no evidence linking him to a drug lab, despite traces of cocaine being discovered, which could not be connected to the suspect or a lab.
