Is a service center for Patriots being established in Poland? Tusk: many indications suggest so
The Polish Prime Minister announced that discussions regarding a service center for Patriot missile batteries are nearing completion, with indications that Poland may be selected for this important defense project. Poland has been competing with other countries, including Germany, to host the service center for PAC-3 MSE missiles, which are currently only produced and serviced in the USA. Establishing this center in Poland would expedite missile servicing for European arsenals and could lead to future production of these missiles domestically. The demand for such missiles is critical, especially for supporting Ukraine against Russian missile attacks, while Lockheed Martin faces challenges in meeting production demands.
