A stallion worth hundreds of thousands of euros has died at a Polish stud farm. "No one has contacted us"
Abdullah AlKhaldi and Mohammed Al Sahhaf, Kuwaiti breeders, faced a tragic loss when their prized Arabian stallion, Rafea Al Rayat, died unexpectedly in Poland. The stallion, valued at around 2 million PLN, was in Poland for breeding purposes after being spotted during training in Italy. Despite being a decorated horse with ten medals, including four golds, he was not primarily used for breeding. The cause of death was reported as colic, a common and serious health issue in Arabian horses. The breeders expressed concerns over the lack of communication from the Polish stud farm regarding their horse's critical condition and questioned whether the horse was insured as per their contract. The situation has raised questions about the care provided to the stallion and the transparency of the breeding agreement.
