In an accident on the A1, an entire family died. Sebastian M. heard the verdict

Sebastian M. received an eight-year prison sentence for causing a fatal accident on the A1 highway, resulting in the deaths of a family of three. The court found him guilty and imposed a 15-year driving ban along with a compensation payment of 2.5 million PLN to the victims' relatives. The accident occurred in September 2023 when Sebastian's BMW collided with a Kia, which subsequently caught fire. Despite his claims of innocence and challenging the evidence, the court upheld the prosecution's case, which highlighted his excessive speed at the time of the crash. The trial included testimonies from witnesses and experts, and Sebastian will be eligible for parole after serving six years of his sentence.
