During a two and a half hour meeting at the Konstantin Palace, Witkoff, a personal friend of Donald Trump, failed to secure any concessions from Russia regarding Ukraine. Putin outlined his conditions, and anticipated talks involving Ukraine, Russia, and the US were postponed until after November 10.
