West Ham parts ways with Nuno Espírito Santo

Nuno Espírito Santo has been dismissed as head coach of West Ham following two home defeats in the Championship. The club stated that a change was necessary to align with their goals and expectations. Espírito Santo, who joined in September 2025, could not prevent the team's relegation from the Premier League. Alongside him, assistant Rui Pedro Silva and goalkeeper coach Rui Barbosa have also left. The team will be temporarily managed by Mark Noble, Steve Potts, and Gerard Prenderville. Currently, West Ham sits eighth in the Championship with 23 points from 13 matches.
