Witkoff announced the date of talks between Ukraine and Russia in Abu Dhabi

The United States will mediate working-level negotiations between Ukraine and Russia on November 10-11 in Abu Dhabi, as announced by Witkoff. These talks aim to address post-war security solutions, conflict de-escalation, humanitarian issues, and steps towards peace. Additionally, American negotiators will meet in Brussels with representatives from France, Germany, the UK, the EU, and NATO to discuss security guarantees for Ukraine and economic support for its reconstruction. The last round of talks occurred in February, and recent diplomatic efforts have led to renewed negotiations involving Putin.
