A recent CBOS survey indicates that Poles now perceive youth ending at 39 and old age beginning at 67, reflecting a shift in attitudes towards aging. This change shows that people feel younger for longer and believe more good things can happen in their lives, especially among older respondents. In 2016, only 25% of those over 75 felt this way, while in 2026, this number is expected to rise to 36%.
