They explained the Congress's role in federal legislation and funding, noting that both chambers can block funding bills. The elections serve as a referendum on the current president's support, with predictions indicating a high likelihood of a power shift in Congress. Analysts estimate over 90% chance for Democrats to win the House and around 60% for the Senate. However, even with majorities, Democrats may struggle to override presidential vetoes. The elections could impact U.S.-Iran relations, with potential military actions anticipated post-election. Polish financial assets are viewed positively, though geopolitical tensions could affect them.
