"He did a lot of work". Kremlin spokesman praises Ukrainian
Dmitrij Pieskow praised the efforts of human rights representatives from Russia and Ukraine in negotiating a ceasefire in Oleshkiv. He highlighted the work of Jana Lantratova and Dmytro Lubinets, stating they accomplished significant progress. The ceasefire is set to begin on October 27 to facilitate humanitarian operations in the area, where conditions are dire due to a lack of food and water. Both Russian and Ukrainian military forces have agreed to halt hostilities to allow for humanitarian aid delivery and civilian evacuation. The situation in Oleshkiv is critical, with around 2,000 people, including children, lacking basic necessities.
