He was swinging an axe in the street. A policeman recognized him on the bus

On October 19, police received reports of a man wielding an axe in Gdańsk Boulevard. Witnesses described him making striking motions. The suspect's description was circulated among patrols, leading to his identification the next day by an officer on a bus. The man entered a restaurant, where he was apprehended by police. The 31-year-old Polish citizen had a history of offenses and was found to be intoxicated. He admitted to swinging the axe and faces charges for endangering others, classified as a hooligan offense. The case is under the supervision of the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.
