He attacked a store with a knife and in a carnival mask. There is a verdict
The District Court in Częstochowa sentenced Adrian D. to 4 years and 6 months in prison for armed robbery with a knife. He was also ordered to compensate damages and fined 500 PLN for drug possession. The court found that he did not take a hostage, contrary to the prosecutor's claims. Adrian D. committed the robbery on June 6, 2026, wearing a carnival mask and threatening a customer with a knife while demanding money from the cashier. After failing to open the cash register, he stole four bottles of vodka and fled. He was arrested the same day, and drugs were found in his apartment. He admitted to the crimes, stating he intended to scare the victims, not harm them. The prosecutor is considering an appeal after reviewing the written justification of the verdict.
