"No authority can...". A strong voice from the Supreme Court after the events in the Constitutional Tribunal

Zbigniew Kapiński, the first president of the Supreme Court, condemned actions against the Constitutional Tribunal, warning they threaten the rule of law. He criticized the obstruction of tribunal officials and the use of police pressure on judicial bodies. Kapiński emphasized that disputes must be resolved legally, not through arbitrary actions. He also criticized Anna Korwin-Piotrowska for her role in suspending tribunal officials, arguing it violated legal provisions. He warned that silence on such actions could undermine constitutional independence and create dangerous precedents for the future.
