"No punishment will bring back our children and our only grandson"

Sebastian M. was sentenced to eight years in prison for a fatal accident on the A1 highway, resulting in a 15-year driving ban and 2.5 million PLN compensation for victims' families. Relatives expressed that no punishment could replace their lost loved ones, emphasizing the inadequacy of the justice system. The court found Sebastian solely responsible for the crash that killed a family of three. He can apply for early release after serving six years, but the verdict is not yet final. Following the incident, he fled Poland, later being arrested in Dubai and extradited back to Poland for trial.
